For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a
Sr Business Project Manager
Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
Languages: English and German
About the Project:
- Stream lead of a strategic project within Marketing and Sales Management with the objective to implement a new loyalty platform for existing clients, ensuring a consistent implementation and subsequent transition to business as usual
- Responsibility for end-to-end process and solution design including business requirements management
- Deliver detailed concept about the structure, usability and design of the solution for all devices
- Create overview of possible ways to earn loyalty points and develop a detailed concept concerning on-site spending of points in physical shops
- Set up a highly automated distribution system including delivery tracking system for shop manager and client
- Comprehensive project management of all activities, including: understanding of business needs, concept development, implementation, analysis, communication of results
- Ensure timely and accurate project deliverables within budget
- Interaction with senior management, front units, Legal & Compliance, Risk Management, Operations and IT
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
Your profile:
- Advanced knowledge and experience as project manager within a leading international bank or consulting company
- University degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Information Management)
- Project management certification preferred
- Result-orientation, strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent analytical skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and strong stakeholder management
- Knowledge related to rewards & loyalty programs is highly beneficial
- Spirit of innovation, drive and contribution, willingness to develop within a project team
- Self- motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, challenging the status quo
- Fluent German and English
- Bank experience as well as knowledge of bank processes are an advantage
