UX Research Assistant for our client from the software house sector.
Your tasks:
- Designing and conducting different types of research studies, including lab-based usability studies, field studies and surveys
- Collaborating with product teams to define and prioritize research questions
- Ensuring effective communication of research findings, including synthesizing them into workable design principles
- Driving product improvements based on research findings
Your experience/skills:
- BA/BS or MS degree preferred (PhD a plus) in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent analytical ability, especially with regard to observation of user behavior
- Experience with the following is a plus: web technology and standards, business applications, online ads, retail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
