Project Manager - Data Governance and Service Transition/RIM Expert - Project Resource - Senior
BRINE SA is looking for a Deputy Operative Management and subject matter expert for one of our clients in Zürich. Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Act as project manager for the two mentioned project streams, ensure timeliness and quality of the project results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- this migration is urgent - it is about structured and non structured data
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
- Develop RIM-specific artifacts as part of the overall project deliverables, eg procedure documentation.
- Leverage RIM expertise to particularize and enforce process controls.
- Facilitate policy compliant and legally defensible end-to end process results.
- Creat and control: until the end of this documentation.
- Support the projects team in London for this documention.
- Data migration, big data, correct process, compliant data migrations
- Key point is regulated business data migration IT background is essential : operative tools.

- Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

- Expert knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Expert knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Soft Skill:
- A communicative personality as this is a shared responsibility.
Essential:
- Project management, coordination of complex IT projects in a highly regulated industry.
- Specific experience in migration of electronic archives and regulated data.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build trust-based relationships with senior management and project teams
- Proficient in English.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
10+ years experience required.
