SuccessFactors Consultant
CPSGroup are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant for a client that is a world leading humanitarian charity!
This rewarding role requires you to be responsible for the development, global configuration and implementation covering different SuccessFactors' modules.
When: Starting ASAP
Location: Geneva with the potential to travel
Contract: 1.5 years
Job Description
Organising and Leading the process re-engineering, design and configuration
Designing and configuring Pool management and Talent management functionalities
Working with the technical configuration of functional modules
Leading iteration testing and UAT's
Desired Skills:
Strong project management skills
Experience in implementing a SuccessFactors product, ideally in the field of talent and career development
Ability to solve problems efficiently with good analytical skills
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
