Citritx Engineer for second and third level support within an international bank in Zurich.
Your tasks:
- Supporting of the Citrix infrastructure, the VDI environment, the Juniper and Netscaler gateways on second and third level
- Managing change processes (eg server patching, software updates)
- Writing technical documentations and SOP, updating these documentations
- Working in weekend and evening shifts (BCM and Infra maintenance)
- Participating in infrastructure projects
Your experience/skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in supporting Citrix and VDI environments as well as Remote Access solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of the actual virtualization products from various vendors, eg Citrix Presentation Server 4, Citrix XenApp 6, 6.5 and 7.5, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Netscaler, SCCM, VMware, Juniper gateway, AppV
- Residence in Switzerland (for on-call reasons - needs a Swiss IP to connect)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
