"RTR, Ariba, Analyst, Process.
My client, a large multinational are searching for an RTR/Ariba Senior Analyst to help guide them in their current EMEA SAP/Ariba rollout which is just starting. This is a fixed term contract for 15 months so you will work as if permanent and receive a full employee package.
We are looking for a mix of skills - the ideal person:
* Will have come from an operational accounting background so they have a very thorough business side knowledge of standard processes in finance.
* Will then have moved in to an SAP Project role in the finance stream - this can be as a hands on configurer or a more hands off Process owner/analyst/SME
* Will then have got involved in at least one PTP/STP project, ideally enabled by the Ariba tool, but experience with the PTP process enabled by another tool (eg SAP MM, SAP SRM) will also be considered.
* Will have experience in a large multinational environment where the end-user employed a templated approach and rolled out to multiple countries.
Responsibilities include:
* Participate in adherence to global template, process design and requirements and fit gap analysis to the global template
* Work with the business representatives and subject matter advisors to assess requirements and define business processes
* Provide guidance and perspective in analysing and defining Client's future processes
* Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers, ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
* Prepare for and assist in the facilitation of process and design workshops
* Create project deliverables, ensure completeness and quality across Change, BI, Conversion, training and process design within their respective streams
* Participate in the training of the business community as trainers or as SAP users
* Support testing with the users
* Actively manage defects found during testing, working with partners to resolve and identify solutions
* Throughout deployment act as a key point for contact for process teams to help them navigate through the new functionality and issues that they may encounter
* Manage incidents during deployment through to resolution, escalating where necessary
