o Project follow-up and reporting for various Level of Management and Steering Commitee
o Global Planning consolidation and follow-up
o Action List, Issue and Risk follow-up
o KPI follow-up
o Steering Commitee preparation and animation
o Meeting Minutes
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Project and Program Manager
- Management reporting
- Migration/Integration/Merger projets in the Banking Area
- Private Bank experience
- Workflows and management tools
- MS Office
