We are looking for you as Project Management Training Consultant within our client in Zurich to support a global PMO Consulting organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure training content remains relevant and aligned to the clients as well general project methodologies standards
- Be responsible for the annual planning and evaluation of all training requirements and needs for all global project organisation and provide suggestions and proposals where needed
- Assure training plans are in line with all training budgets
- Evaluate Project Professionals Capability and Maturity Assessment and define competency models and drive implementation of a PMO and Change Management career path
- Establish on-line project trainings and a possible train-the-trainer concept
Your Skills:
- Experienced Project Professional with profound knowledge in Project Management Methodologies, Governance and Process Standards
- Experienced in evaluating and defining training concepts and plans within the project management field
- Experienced as trainer or coach for project management standards highly beneficial
- Holding a PMI, IPMA or similar certification or education with strong focus on project methodologies
- Knowledge about Lean, Scrum or Agile project methodologies and processes
- Proficient in user MS Office Suite and ideally knowing PlanView
- Fluent in English is mandatory, German highly beneficial, Spanish would be a nice to have
