Project environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for 3 Financial Accountants.
Tasks
• Responsible various deliverables in the field of Financial Accounting & Compensation.
• Responsible for the planning, write ups, co-ordination and delivery of the offshore activities.
• Management and ownership of month end closing activities.
• Management and resolution of queries (audit, location, business controllers, senior management etc.).
• Responsible for complete, relevant and up to date documentation (procedures, processes etc.).
• Prepare monthly reporting and analysis package for senior management.
• Constructively challenge processes and responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective process is in place that eliminates manual tasks and limits risk exposure.
• Responsible for Ad-hoc and standard reporting.
Requirements
• University degree (preferably with a finance focus).
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance; audit experience is a strong asset.
• 2-3 years project management experience / Proven project management skills.
• 3-4 years' experience in finance, controlling or a related function.
• Proven track record of change management.
• Strong MS office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
Soft Skills
• Fluent in German & English (verbal and written).
• Well organized, keen attention to detail.
• Communicative person, team player.
• Strong analytical and conceptual review skills, detail oriented, motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced changing environment with little supervision.
