Für unseren Kunden in der Zentralschweiz suchen wir per 1. Mai 2015 einen "Associate Project Manager APM".Tasks:
Support of the project leader and the project team with:
• Collection and summarizing of data in MS Excel
• Preparation of training materials esp. in MS Powerpoint
• Documentation management
• Support of document review and approval process
• Action and task tracking
• Update of project documentation
• Update and monitoring of project plans
• Preparation of presentations and status reports
• Preparation and publication of meeting minutes
• Organizations of meetings, workshops and trainings
• Content management of project homepages
• Periodical tracking of project activities and action lists
• Pro-active and service-oriented way of working and critical thinking
• Affinity to preparing content in an appealing visual way
Anforderungen:
Ausbildung
Apprenticeship (commercial or technical preferred)
Weiterbildung: N/A
Erfahrung:
Ca. 1-3 years work experience, amongst others with administrative and support tasks
EDV:
MS Office with very good skills in MS Powerpoint and good skills in MS Excel
Sprachen:
English, German
