Do you relish the opportunity to work within one of the largest biopharmaceutical projects in Europe? If yes, then this is the assignment for you!

Our Biopharmaceutical client based in Switzerland is currently investing significantly in their manufacturing program. The new construction will create more than 300 jobs and trigger investments of around 1 billion Swiss francs over a period of 6 years.

The client is currently seeking the expertise of a Senior Validation Engineer. Within this role you will act as the Qualification Engineering Specialist and you will be responsible for life cycle document management and design qualification.

Other duties will include:

  • Single Point of contact for all design qualification topics within Process Technology and Clean Utilities
  • Leading, overviewing and coordinating the life cycle document generation with the lead engineers (scheduling, tracking, prioritisation)
  • Fulfil the requirements of the DQ strategy in alignment with ICQ guidelines
  • Development of the Requirement Traceability Matrix as a basis for the design qualification
  • Planning, coordination and attending reviews
Experience required:
  • Degree in mechanical, process or chemical engineering
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry
  • Experience of Biotech process
  • Experience of the development of life cycle documents and RTM's
  • Experience of design qualification approaches
  • Knowledge of the requirements for a biotech plant and experience with transforming these requirements into life cycle documents
Languages: German and/or English fluent in written and spoken
