Principal UX Expert
Main Tasks:
-Support and guide multiple project teams concerning planning, coordination and execution of UX design from project idea to post launch phases, help Product Owners define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for products
-Plan and execute user research in several countries, transfer the research-results into actionable conclusions
-Elaborate design concepts and user interface specifications for highly specialized products in close collaboration with business representatives, end users and development teams
-Manage stakeholders and expectations, clearly articulate design needs and key decisions
-Plan, execute and analyze usability evaluations (formative and summative)
-Lead internal UX designers and external partners to solve design challenges and to maintain a good level of design consistency and coherence across client products
Requirements:
-At least 6 years of working experience in multiple UX projects over the whole development process
-Profound experience in setting up and executing user research with a variety of methods
-Practical experience in managing external UX design and development partners
-Practical experience in UX design methods like contextual inquiry, task analysis, usability testing, usability evaluation, interaction design, and prototyping
-Practical experience in designing solutions for various devices (handheld, desktop, Embedded)
-Working experience in an agile development environment
-Good experience in Mac or PC, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Winword, Excel)
-Good experience in Balsamiq, Axure - Adobe Creative Suite
Nice to have:
-Good skills in visual design is a Plus
-A track record of working in healthcare related environments is a Plus
-Experience in the field of requirements and software engineering is a Plus
Education:
-Bachelor/Master in Interaction Design, Usability/Human Factors, Design, Psychology or other comparable education
-Education in Human Computer Interaction Design
