Project Manager - Country Coordinating Mechanisms (Grant funding)

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Country Coordinating Evolution Project Manager to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
To provide project and technical management support to the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) Hub for a CCM Evolution approach to the differentiated response including 16 countries, as the Evolution Project Manager.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- Strong experience in managing large scale projects with demonstrated capacity to manage a team to deliver on deadline.
- Experience organizing and providing technical oversight to technical support activities in multiple countries within the defined support approach, especially in topics related to CCMs.
- Technical support and performance assessment experience, including management of a network of consultants working in multiple countries and of related face-to-face and virtual training events and working with CCMs.
- Experience managing, developing and co-facilitating communications and training/orientation activities for consultants who will carry out the approach, including baseline assessment and ongoing monitoring and a final assessment.
- Experience with field supervision of consultant teams.
- Experience managing the design and execution of performance assessment.
- Demonstrated strong capacity in report writing and development of Powerpoint and other summary communications methods.
- Language: English and French fluent, Spanish basic
