Your experience/skills:
- Ability to create, assimilate, and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner
- Proficiency in technical documentation
- Reliable, trustworthy and detail oriented personality with solid communication skills accompanied by the ability to communicate to colleagues at all organisational levels
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing 1st Line Service Desk handbook to support business users
- Writing and updating instructions for over 40 applications
- Organising and writing documents as well as analysing documents to maintain continuity of style of content
