Senior UX Expert
Main Tasks:
-Planning and hands-on execution of all usability engineering activities with strong focus on early user research and concept phases
-Research and ideation of UX concepts for a future laboratory setup and changing user workflows
-Close cooperation with other UX experts and stakeholders from several professions to ideate concepts from both user and business perspective
-Briefing and management of external agencies
-Ensure for sustainable knowledge transfer into the teams and towards stakeholders
Requirements:
-5+ years of working experience in projects with hard- and software components
-Proven record of the application of a wide range of UX methodologies especially for early phases
-Proficient in translating user research results into requirements and driving ideation activities with multiple stakeholders
-Proficiency in visual design, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping tools
-Good experience in usual IT and prototyping tools
Nice to have:
-Working experience in a highly regulated environment (healthcare/diagnostics, defense, avionics) is a plus
Education:
-Bachelor/Master in Psychology, Interaction Design, Usability/Human Factors or other comparable education in social science
-Education in Human Computer Interaction Design or equivalent
Languages:
-English fluent and German Nice to have
