Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing, designing, updating and publishing the branding framework and infrastructure (eg brand design and the respective guidelines, photography, graphics, iconography, packaging, layouts, templates) for CPS Responsible for the creative design and media production
* Consulting and supporting all stakeholders in implementing the brand design consistently worldwide
* Collaborating with other marketing teams, and cross-departmental teams
* Participating in projects
Optional:
* Consulted to plan, develop and implementing innovative brand marketing strategies
* Exchanging and aligning across LCTs, Regions and BAs on brand appearance/brand design
* Offering and providing regular brand trainings, valuable consultancy and motivating advice
* Collaborating with other marketing teams, and cross-departmental teams
* Coordinating and guiding internal and external partners (such as design and advertising agencies, film making companies, photographers)
* Leading design and Marketing projects
Required Skills:
* Solid knowledge of Brand Design or Graphic Design proven through at least 3 (preferred 5) years' work experience (ideally at a renowned design or advertising agency)
* Design know-how across all media, especially digital media
* Demonstrable experience of project management skills
* Excellent design and professional design software skills: Adobe Creative-Cloud
Optional
* Expertise in developing, designing, updating and publishing branding framework and infrastructure (eg brand design and the respective guidelines, photography, graphics, iconography, packaging, layouts, templates)
* Project Management Knowledge: Lead innovative design projects, as well internal and external partners/vendors
Education: Education in design (graphical/brand/digital or communication design)
Language: English fluent and German is nice to have
