Beschreibung

My pharmaceutical client are looking for a strong candidate for the position of a Corporate Communications Manager for the EUCAN BU. This is a 6 month contract position to commence as soon as possible.

This is initially a specific-term position and reports to the regional Corporate & Executive Communications Associate Director.

This role will appeal to individuals who are looking to join a fast growing company and who want to make an impact during a period of exciting change.

Accountabilities

* Propose and implement communications plans, employee engagement communications activities/
campaigns to support understanding of business strategic priorities and/or global corporate initiatives/
projects.

* Create digital, video and print communications.

* Support in creating and delivering executive presentations.

* Lead for creative and messaging across channels.

* Manage EUCAN online channels: Yammer/EUCAN page, Intranet, etc. regarding content update, as relevant, and design/"look", incl. leveraging local news to channels managed by global corporate communications.

* Propose concept for enhancing employee engagement and regular news flow/targeted to defined key audiences for owned channels.

* Create/coordinate editorial calendar, ensure regular publication flow across owned channels and calendar for internal employee (eg Town Halls) or other relevant events as well as support with preparations for such events (eg presentations) as applicable.

* Collaborate with external communications/PR agencies to develop creative campaigns, coordinate pitch proposals incl. ensuring input from/alignment with relevant internal functions.

* Liaison with global teams on new Intranet developments, support the implementation of new features, cascade information to country communications leads, support in the roll-out, as relevant.

* Collaborate closely with EUCAN external communications for all external facing activities, eg social media, media engagement, issues management, ensuring alignment and coordination at all times.

* Coordinate with local communicators on issues that require alignment with region.

Experience

* 5-10 years' experience in a communications role.

* Education: University degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or similar.

* Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory), additional European languages an advantage.

* Demonstrate good understanding of and experience in visual graphic design and artwork production processes.

* Copy writing and creative messaging experience.

* Graphic design skills eg Adobe Photoshop.

* Proficient with MS PowerPoint and Excel.

* Agency management (not mandatory).

* Understanding of healthcare industry an advantage.

* Experience working in a corporate environment/Matrix organization.

* Understanding of social media and its potential for the organization.

* Experience in using tools, eg SharePoint, Hootsuite, etc.

* Proof-reading and editing experience.
