Junior Systems Support Analyst (Document Management)

For one of our client, specialized in the pharmaceutical area with HQ in Basel, we are looking for a Junior Systems Support Analyst with experience in Document Management.
This is a challenging contracting position starting in November until the end of September 2018 with extension possibilities.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, emails and face-to-face requests related to incidents or questions on the IDM and Submission Expert systems
- Troubleshoot trending production issues
- Provide user drop-in sessions for key user communities
- Escalate issues to PTR OBE-Business Systems Support Manager
- Working together with Business Managers in Germany
Requirements:
- Background in end-user support with minimum 2 years of experience (longer experience highly preferred)
- Very strong computer skills with knowledge of Documentum based solutions
- Good understanding of Regulatory and CMC (chemistry manufacturing & control)
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality (at least knowledge of CSV)
- Proactive, engaged and problem-solving working attitude
