Our international client is looking for talented and creative visual designer with an eye for details and a strong passion in conceptual thinking and visual design. Experience & Skills:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-Portfolio with examples of digital production and/or design work. Product design work a plus
-Proficiency working in an Apple environment
-Able to partner with development and cross-functional teams to define and deliver designs.
-Proficiency in Sketch and/or Adobe Creative Suite
-Ability to work within an established brand identity
-Demonstrated strong knowledge of visual design principles
Minimum qualifications:
-A portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work and a mastery of color, typography, and grid systems
-Experience translating brands into visual expression
-BA/BS degree in Design (eg, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
-5 years of experience in a related field
-Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams (motion, interaction, UX research, engineering, UX writer) on technical implementation
-Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms
-Proficient with industry standard design tools (eg Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).
Preferred qualifications:
-Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android and iOS.
-Proven ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process.
-Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
