Harvey Nash is looking for a Training Developer for a 1 + month project with 50% workload in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate to propose innovative training solutions that exceed end users' expectations.
You are responsible for
- Designing and creating training materials for projects
- Consulting customers in the area of Learning Solutions
- Updating Gamification initiative
- Developing "walkme" walk troughs
Requirements
- Expertise in instructional design, gamification and social learning
- +5 years of experience in excellent writing, editing (photo, video) skills (eg former experience as technical writer)
- Good experience with following tools for developing trainings: Nitro(Bunchball), Walkme, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, Google+, Google Sites (all of those are absolute must haves)
- Business Analyst knowledge and also former working experience
- Fluent in English, basic German knowledge
- Broad work experience in enterprise social networks, community management & moderation (2-3 years of experience required)
