Professional Training Developer - Design - Gamification - Google+ - Pharmaceutical - Switzerland - 50%
NextLink is currently looking for a Professional Training Developer to join the team of our well-known, pharmaceutical client in Switzerland. This a 50% workload.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Design and create training materials for projects
- Consult customers in the area of Learning Solutions
- Update Gamification initiative
- Develop walkme walk troughs
Must Haves:
- Expertise in instructional design, gamification and social learning
- +5 years of experience in excellent writing, editing (photo, video) skills (eg former experience as technical writer)
- Good experience with following tools for developing trainings: Nitro(Bunchball), Walkme, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, Google+, Google Sites (all of those are absolute must haves)
- Business Analyst knowledge and also former working experience
- Fluent in English
Nice to Haves:
++ Basic German knowledge
++ Broad work experience in enterprise social networks, community management & moderation
(2-3 years of experience required)
