Beschreibung

On behalf of my client, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world with headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. I am currently recruiting for:

Administrative Assistant - 100% M/F - 1 year contract

Responsibilities/Accountability's:
  • Secretarial and administrative work with initiative and in a diplomatic, discrete and proactive manner
  • Office administration (correspondence, agenda, filing, technical office equipment) for Procurement tea
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, major events, video- and telephone conferences
  • Preparation of travel arrangements and expenses
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Preparation of certain cost reports
  • Ensure smooth information/communication flow within the team and with other functions
  • Develop and maintain network to representatives of other departments


Experience/qualifications:
  • Min. 3 years of experience in secretarial and administrative support
  • Team orientated, extremely organised and reliable
  • Ability to multitask,team player,proactive and flexible
  • Good communications and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • PC user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential
