PMO Support (part time) wanted for one of our Zurich based clients in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Several years of solid work experience PMO and/or project assistance
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of banking workflows, End-to-end banking process know how
- Solid proficiency in the integration and migration of complex projects
- Skilled in trade flow and processing
- Experienced in international project surroundings
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Support of the stream, planning of project tasks, organizational tasks related to the project
- Regular delivery of status reports
- Preparation of Powerpoint presentations
- Organization of meetings and workshops
- Creation of process drawings

Workload: 50%
Duration: 12MM++
