For one of our healthcare clients we are looking for a
Financial Analyst

Location: Basel
You will support the Head HR and HRBP's in providing in providing high quality service to client group(s), anticipates and responds to management's needs.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Ensure complete and accurate capture of direct payments, travel and expenses and third party payments. Communicate regularly with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete reporting is achieved.
- Scope and drive enhancements/simplification and automation in the interim reporting process.
- Collaborate with Global Xpend team and HQTT to support design and rollout of target reporting solution.
Education and Requirements:
- First degree, accounting qualification
- Fluent English, written and spoken; German is an advantage
- 3-5 years reporting experience, ideally within pharmaceutical environment; Financial Accounting, Master Data, Process control, Audit, Project Management/PM Support, experience in gathering requirements for IT solution. Ability to understand, visualize and draw process diagrams using flowcharting tools (desirable)
