Solution Architect/Salesforce Expert wanted for our client based in Vevey.
Your experience/skills:
- Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (HES, HEC or University)
- At least 5 years' experience working as a Solution Architect with Salesforce certification (Admin, Dev, Advanced Admin, Advanced Dev, etc.)
- Between 6-7 years' IT experience with advanced skills in Salesforce, Force.com, Business Analysis and Project Scoping
- Solid background in Datamodelling concepts and tools, as well as good knowledge of Salesforce and Sales, Services and Marketing functions
- Working experience in implementing an Omni-channel solution, along with high knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce platform in an integrated environment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Converting requirements into the architecture and solution design that constitute the blueprint for the Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce platform
- Providing Business Analysis studies and guidance to other Business Analysts, along with hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers
- Supervising development and testing activities, translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform
- Conducting code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used
- Managing technical scopes, client expectation and the technical delivery of custom development, integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation
