For one of our healthcare clients we are looking for a
Project and Change Manager
Start:
End:
Location: Basel
The client created new IT office buildings and by the end of 2017 more than 1500 employees will be accommodated there.
The Senior Project and Change Manager who will be responsible for the successful implementation of IT requirements in the new buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Represent IT in the overall construction project
- Engage and manage key stakeholders
- Project Management for all IT related topics
- Organizational Change Management following the Change Management principles
- Design and implement the occupancy plan for the new IT buildings
- Effectively leading and facilitating project meetings as well as proactively, controlling project scope, risks and issues
- Provide timely executive level communications and status roll-ups to all stakeholders incl. Senior Management
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a successful IT Project Manager and Change Manager
- Strong experience in applying structured Project Management and Organizational Change Management frameworks (certification desired)
- Demonstrated competency in leading people through changes
- Ability to see the interrelationship of a project across "the big picture" and understand its dependency on other projects, project streams and IT services and solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in both English and German
- Self-drive and motivation with excellent ability to establish networks across the organization
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous Pharma experience
- The ADKAR Change Model
- Certification in Organizational Change Management frameworks
