Your experience/skills: Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (HES, HEC or University) At least 5 years' experience working as a Solution Architect with Salesforce certification (Admin, Dev, Advanced Admin, Advanced Dev, etc.) Between 6 7 years' IT experience with advanced skills in Salesforce, Force.com, Business Analysis and Project Scoping Solid background in Data Modelling concepts and tools, as well as good knowledge of Salesforce and Sales, Services and Marketing functions Working experience in implementing an Omni channel solution, along with high knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce platform in an integrated environment Languages: fluent English both written and spoken Your tasks: Converting requirements into the architecture and solution design that constitute the blueprint for the Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce platform Providing Business Analysis studies and guidance to other Business Analysts, along with hands on, expert level technical assistance to developers Supervising development and testing activities, translating business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform Conducting code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used Managing technical scopes, client expectation and the technical delivery of custom development, integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation Start: - ASAP Duration: 1MM++ Location: Vevey, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH9858 Does that sound interesting?
