Our client is an international Tier1 bank located in Zurich.
We're looking for a contractor/consultant/temporary worker for a Reporting Officer. The main responsibility is to support year-end reporting of mandates in the Investment Management Division.
Candidates must be residents of Switzerland.
Tasks
- Production of standard mandate reports
- Support in compiling bespoke reports
- Quality control of mandate reports (data quality, accuracy, etc.)
- Support in compiling and coordinating RfPs
- Close collaboration with Product Marketing & Communications team
Requirements
- Commercial degree in Business Administration, finance or similar
- 2+ years of experience in Private Banking or Asset Management
- Experience in financial industry, banking or investment management
- Knowledge about financial instruments and a sense for performance measurement is a must
- Ability to work independently (self-motivated) and in a well-structured and precise working manner
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in German and English written & spoken (BOTH MANDATORY)
