Senior RFP Consultant (banking)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Consultant with proven RFP experience. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Role:
- Drive the internal decision on a make or buy solution and find the adequate vendor
- Agreement on target solution and a contract with a vendor who will deliver the target solution
Skills:
- Proven track record on RFP execution in an international and Matrix structured environment
- Strong vendor management experience
- Over 10 years of experience in project management with strong change management skills
- An excellent ability to work collaboratively and manage various stakeholders across business functions and design authorities
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual capabilities to drive the solution decision in partnership with internal and external parties
- Capability to interpret and compile information in order to provide stakeholders and management with adequate information
- High-end communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of senior management exposure
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple, mission-critical tasks and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivated and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo and developing pragmatic solutions
- Six Sigma Black Belt would be an asset
- Several years of experience in the banking industry would be a strong asset
