Main purpose of the job:

Digital Commerce and CRM Solution Architect As a member of the Solution team, the solution architect Lead will coordinate the solution design activities and ensure the consistency cross domain of the technical choices, in line with architecture guide lines, compliance, performance and sustainability requirements

Main responsibilities:

Animate the technical authorities review with the various solution designers of the domain and validate solution design for each projects impacting his/her solution domain

Validate solution design for each projects impacting his/her solution domain and ensure that the architecture evolves adopting new standards/best practices and taking also into account the constraints/evolution of the Legacy code.
Ensures the alignment of the solutions with the multiple corporate strategies.

Materializes those evolutions in simple yet comprehensive documents to communicate the technical strategy

Support the development teams in problem resolution if needed and ensure that features are implemented in a coherent way.
The architecture evolves adopting new standards/best practices and taking also into account the constraints/evolution of the Legacy code.

Present the project solution in architecture review board
Assess high level any new demands coming through the demand management procerss

Esnure business and its representatives are aware of technical advantage/disadvantage when choosing a solution.
Technical guidance to refine RFP and assessing the various proposed solutions.
Support business and delivery teams providing high level estimates of web projects.

The code written is compliant with the "Practice what your preach" principle."
Gather, propose and implement ideas for optimization plans, along with the Digital commerce & CRM team Leaders.

Participates to an internal community related to his/her domain to lead technical topics and strategies

Key skills

  • Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (HES, HEC or University)
  • Good communication skills in English & French (fluent)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Business processes background
  • Distinctive skills in planning & prioritizing
  • Ability to identify and advice on a improvement action plan
  • Proactive & solution finding approach

This is an English and French speaking role.
