For an 8 month project with continuation option at our client, an international insurance company in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedCommunications Manager and PMO (3976)
The purposes of this role is to coordinate, oversee and execute defined administrative tasks relating to the External & Digital Communications.
Your Qualifications:
- Professional education in Business Administration (or equivalent education)
- Track record in project management or project coordination experience
- Digital communications experience a strong plus
- Proficiency in spoken and written German and English, other languages a strong plus
- Knowledge of project management, budgeting as well as insurance or financial operations
- Writing, translating and proof-reading skills
- Organized and structured approach to work
- Ability to quickly understand issues and new topics based on limited information
Your role:
- Overall lead and coordination for group reporting projects
- Coordinating and leading overall budgeting & controlling process for a designated team
- Coordinating/handling HR planning work
- Time management & travel arrangements for line manager
- Monitoring & processing Emails
- Processing invoices/expenses (e.g. cash and credit card) of line manager
- Releasing line manager from administrative work
- Create content for web and social media
