Project Coordinator (Communication & Collaboration) wanted for our client based in Basel.
Your experience/skills:
- Background in an IT Project environment with 7+ years' working experience within a multinational company
- Practical experience in an IT Quality environment together with expertise in CSV
- Excellent leadership skills as well as proven track record of organizing several projects, meet deadlines and maintain quality
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
- Nice to have: Project Management certification (PMP or similar)
Your tasks:
- Supporting meetings including assisting the design, planning and documentation of F2F meetings
- Identifying interfaces of coordination and synergies with other programs and business functions
- Achieving optimal coordination with business, informatics and other program stakeholders
- Status reporting of the needs, templates and processes as well as monitoring work streams statuses and reporting back
- PMO objectives & cadence
- Manage meetings and capture RAID and maintain program project plan
- Visual description of the roadmap digestible for business leaders
