NextLink is having an excellent opportunity as Project Assistant/PMO in Basel.
You will assigned to the global deployment of Serialization and Traceability program and more particularly to the IT and EU project scope.
The process scope is cross functional with its main focus on the supply chain and logistics area.
Tasks:
- Contribute to project deliverable on project management level according to project methodology, such as status- and phase gate reporting.
- Supervising tasks, follow up on project plans assigned to project workers as instructed by the project manager.
- Manage mile stone planning charts.
- Collects input to resource planning from project team members.
- Write minutes, updates issue- and action lists.
- Participate in project status meetings when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Recognized expert-level knowledge in project management office with at least 3+ years of experience as project assistants in an IT environment.
- Excellent English skills in speaking and writing.
- Used to work in a complex environment (business, systems, policies, etc.).
Nice to Have:
+ Any other language than European language is a plus

Start date: 12.09.2016 (latest start: 12.09.2016)
End date: 31.07.2017
Extension: May be possible, project is planned until end of 2018
Work location: Basel and from 2017 end Q1 most probably Kaiseraugst.
Workload: part time 50%
Pay rate: Excellent
