Communications Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Degree in communication management along with 8+ years of working experience in internal communications or a similar field within global organizations
- Solid experience in delivering internal communications during times of transformation across functions and locations
- Working experience in areas such as PR, journalism, social media or stakeholder relations plus experience in event management
- Ability to work on several projects, meet deadlines and maintain quality in a fast paced global environment with constantly changing priorities
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Establishing and administrating strategic communication programs and global employee communications initiatives/programs
- Delivering internal associates events plus providing senior level consultation and support for cross-functional team members
- Working together with IT to bring news to employees via best in class communication channels
- Disputing the norm and finding new and innovative ways to deliver most relevant information to employees
- Supporting the development business priorities with innovative communication strategies, which drive employee engagement and focus on people
