Cyber Security Analyst with excellent business analysis skills wanted within an international bank in Zurich.
Your experience/skills:
- More than 3 years of professional experience in a cyber-security, information security or IT risk consulting role
- Practical experience in cyber threat management, security monitoring, access management and threat management
- Hands on knowledge in applying information security standards such as ISO 27001 and cyber security best practices such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Sound understanding of the threat landscape combine with problem solving skills to define counter-threat measures
- Good understanding of the technical products such as Splunk and Archer
- Banking industry experience in setting up global Security Operations Centers (SOC) as well as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) capabilities
Your tasks:
- Identifying, detecting and responding to cyber security events threats as well as delivering operational capabilities
- Being responsible of the design and architecture definition of a Security Information and Event Management Solution (SIEM) as well as solution with the Security Operation Centre (SOC) roles to professionalize the existing Splunk
- Simplifying existing processes and workflows to reduce overall costs of service without compromising security as well as demonstrating solid understanding of complex information systems
- Managing and understanding the effect of changes at the controls level and the technical level
- Supporting the engineering to develop solutions and being at the forefront of cyber thought leadership
