SAP GRC - Senior User Access Support Specialist

Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a Securities technical consultant for our client in Switzerland.

Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Switzerland
Rate: CHF per hour all in

Qualifications:

* A minimum of 4 years' experience in the area of user access management related areas
* Expert in heavy master data handling using the ACL or any data analytics tool
* Good knowledge of data conversation and migration requirements
* Have good understanding of IT security roles design concept
* Strong teamwork attributes in a virtual/remote working environment
* Strong communication, collaboration and conflict management skills
* Customer friendly and like to work with people
* Very strong oral and written skills in English, German is preferable
* Home office or remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible to coordinate platform wide authorization related changes following the guiding principles of defined security authorization concept and authorization related change management framework.
* Coordination and performance remediation actions on role level requested by business.
* Perform SAP Europe 2 platform wide authorization related impact assessment in order to prepare subsequent change request submissions (IT tickets). This tasks needs to be done for the different types of change requests in close cooperation with role owners, end users, compliance and IT-AS teams.
* Support business on user acceptance testing in cooperation with key user, roles owner, ITAS teams.
* Responsible for managing and updating all SAP GRC master data related areas and functions, and communicates updates to the global GRC CoE and different Europe 2 key stakeholders. Ensure all the GRC master data are updated on a timely basis.
* Co-ordinate the verification of the localized ruleset with business key users, IT-AS teams and compliance coordinators to ensure rule set changes are documented, approved and correctly updated.
* Ensure SAP GRC ARA reports completeness and accuracy while meeting business requirements. Perform data health check on report before distributing to the correct stakeholder groups.
* Produce Management Dashboard reports and KPI indicators for stakeholder distributions.
* Provide support to business for different types of changes requests and ensure change request is submitted and followed in the SolMan application on a timely basis to minimize business interruptions
* Perform data analysis, cleansing and mapping for any new Tool implementation and various different remediation activities. Perform data reconciliation and gap analysis for any post data migration and conversion activities.
