Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, Design and build reliable, scalable and maintainable GxP solutions; configure, test, deploy new, and maintain and enhance existing system functionalities SAP QM, SAP LE and PP-PI.
  • Create system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test plans and scripts, installation scripts, OQs/PQs, training materials
  • Ensure system compliance and audit readiness by following SDLC and computer system validation methodology
  • Lead solution delivery by working with cross-functional IT teams following change and release management processes; implement solutions that optimize systems' performance; Provide 2nd/3rd level support
  • Provide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change management processes to appropriate IT teams
  • Support business organization in creation of SOPs, work instructions, training, etc. as needed, and support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and ensure efficiencies with solutions' delivery


  • 7+ years of SAP functional experience in Quality Management (QM), Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI) modules and Logistics Execution (LE)
  • 3+ years experience with Material Management (MM), warehouse management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD) and preferably experience with Global Level Management (GLM)
  • ABAP and HP ALM experience will be beneficial
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other validated environments (GxP), Supply Chain and Clinical Business Processes knowledge is a big advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and acting as a self-starter, results-oriented with a track record of timely delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Ability to work with a high profile cross functional team (In order to support both, the regional and global user community, this role requires some flexibility in work hours)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong presentation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
