Central building site Engineer

Job Summary:

The job consists of requirement analysis of Telecom central building, facility design and leading all facility work in Central building, include Electrical system, HVAC system, Lightning and grounding, Fire protection and Facility management system and etc..

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Be proficient in Electrical system and HVAC system.
  • Capable to analyze the requirement of Telecom central building
  • Facility and service quotation providing.
  • Capable to conduct all design of facility.
  • Ensure all facility work can be performed successfully in central building.
  • Optimize delivery process of current facility work in central building.
  • Ensure to manage subcontractors and communicate with customer smoothly.

Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of facility: Electrical system and HVAC system are a must.
  • Minimum 5 years facility experience in different and complex project.
  • Analytic mind, problem solving, demonstrated ability in finding multi technical solutions, good interpersonal skills, customer influence capability and coordination competency
  • Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
  • Excellent German or French is a must. With good English verbal and written ability
