Transport Engineer - Telecom/IT/Transmission/Network/SDH/Fiber/Support/Operations/Fault/Design/Manage/Operation
For a global telecommunications client of ours based in Zurich we require a Transport Engineer with strong experience of transport network operation and management within the IT/Telecoms industry.
As part of the role you will be responsible for managing and operating our clients transport network, troubleshooting customer trouble tickets and providing assistance on network faults.
You will have extensive experience of performing diagnostics on transport network elements, finding the resolution to any faults on the network.
Knowledge of MGT network, SDH, WDM, Clarify, Cramer would be beneficial.
English speaking environment. German would be considered a plus but not essential.
