Beschreibung

On behalf of our client, top tier bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Desktop Security Architect to join their team in Zurich. The estimated length of the project is 18 months, and the project will start on a 6 months renewable basis.

This role is for a Desktop Security Architect who will join highly skilled desktop security engineering team responsible for the design of a security solution that is secure, stable and with good user experience on desktop, laptop, VM and tablets.

Responsibilities

  • The Desktop Security Architect will be required to take security requirements from security policy documents and best practices to design the Endpoint Security solution.
  • The candidate will be responsible for product evaluation and solution design.
  • Investigating security products currently used and coming up with new suggestions.
  • Research, assessment and proof of concept.
  • Data loss prevention.
  • Device control, making sure data are save on desktop.

Requirements

  • Must have an understanding of the security requirements of a Desktop build and the ability to interpret security standards and ensure adherence to them.
  • Strong knowledge in End point security and Windows 10.
  • Both, architecture and engineering skills. Being able to configure and install applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security Products and Features (Bitlocker, Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Intel Security Products and Features (McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, Drive Encryption, Host Intrustion Prevention, VirusScan for Enterprise, McAfee Endpoint Security 10.1, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, especially Group Policies
