SAP PM/CS Senior Consultant with SD French Speaking
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP PM/CS With SD French Speaking based in Geneva.
We are currently looking to hire a SAP CS/PM Senior Consultant starting ASAP and for a long term duration.
Requirements and proven experience on:
Strong customer service, plant maintenance and sales and distribution knowledge
For roll outs, blueprints and releases: delivery of assessment, gap analysis versus template, customising, functional specifications, unitary and integrated tests, key user tests management, training delivery, change management guidance, cut over and go live support
Very strong specific pricing knowledge
Strong CS experience with repairs, notifications, service orders, warranties
For level 3 support: analysis, customising,functional specifications, unitary and integrated tests
Accustomed to search for information on OSS
Strong integration with SD, MM, LE, FICO, retail, development and PI teams
Adaptable personality and quick learner
Ability to work on several projects and maintenance topics in parallel
English is mandatory, French is a plus.
