Marketing/Procurement Specialist
1. Understand and assist in the development and execution of supplier routine management that focus on quality, responsiveness and cost
2. Facilitate Marketing/Consumer business procurement projects through supplier selection/bidding =(such as Advertising', Media/Social Media campaign', PR event', Event Exhibition', etc)
3. Evaluate total cost/supply analyses to identify opportunities, in order to achieve optimal value
4. Negotiate Commercial & contract with suppliers
5. Fulfill daily purchase requirements management from the Marketing/consumer business department and also participate on cross-functional sourcing projects to meet internal business department requirements
6. Conduct market analysis and develop sourcing project Strategy and execute that maximize value for the Company
7. Ensure compliance between sourcing strategies and company's procurement policies
8. Analyze marketing industry trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external suppliers and/or sourcing
9. Communicate and report to management the status of any critical external relationships that could affect planning and decision-making
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years working experience in procurement, preferable in marketing business field
2. Knowledge of Sourcing, Procurement processes & Marketing industrial
3. Bachelor degree, marketing degree is preferred
4. Fluent in English and German in both oral and written, Chinese is preferred
5. Hard working spirit, can bear big work pressure;
6. Strong negotiation skills
7. Ability to collaborate in a team environment
8. Skilled on operating the computer and general office software(Office,Excel,Powerpoint,etc) and skilled on data analysis;
9. The candidate who has relative work experience will be preferred;
10. Excellent MS Office skills
11. Strong target Oriented Spirit, Proactive work attitude.
