Job Description
- Senior Consultant/Manager with 5+ years of experience leading SFDC process development and rollout management, including change management.
- Should able to speak French
Responsibilities
- Leads Client Workstream throughout the program duration:
- Client business processes and Target Operating Models definition;
- Configuration specs definition;
- Ttraining strategy definition and training content creation;
- Overall Client change management;
- Roll-out planning and execution (training, post-go-live support);
- Client workstream closure and hand-over.
- Client Workstream governance, reporting, participation and representation of Client Workstream in program meetings as required
- Align with technical streams (development, interface, testing, data, infrastructure, etc.) to ensure the systems and IT support the business processes
