For our banking client in Zurich, we are currently looking for a

Business Analyst - Transformation Portfolio

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Location: Zurich

The TPP Senior Business Analyst will work across the TS Transformation portfolio providing analytic expertise and organizational savvy to senior customers through the project life cycle.

Additionally the role requires strong and proven leadership in building a team based on standardization and support the team leader in managing the team.

Essential Required Skills and Work Experience:

* Highly experienced within an IT Organization in Financial Services, working in a global environment

* Specific experience in data and business analysis, developing business cases, developing metrics and visualisations to support proposals across a portfolio of projects/programs

* Ability to analyse financial, technical and service level data and compile for presentation to senior staff

* Strong knowledge of IT financial management practices

* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with and to influence key stakeholders

* Strong understanding of the business model of IT, understanding the role and business value of IT to its customers and how that value can be improved and developed

* Ability to work through ambiguity and complexity to create propositions to support solutions and investment decisions

* Ability to leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills and produced material to sell a concept or support a Business Case, proposal or solution

* Experience of global project delivery with a proven history of providing analysis and solutions that supports successful project delivery in a Matrix environment

* Ability to shape and implement working practices and standards

Additionally Required:

* Collaborative and client focused

* Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills

* High professional standards

* Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment

* Proficiency in directing and supporting business analysis and project teams

* Experience in hiring high calibre BAs

* Demonstrated ability to facilitate coordination of processes and work collaboratively

* Comfortable working with people up to MD level

* Proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio, as well as data visualisation tools such as iAnalyze, Tableau etc. or similar

. Strong process design and process engineering skills
