Server Deployment/Software Distribution Engineer wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector..
Your experience/skills:
- Infrastructure technology related certification such as MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, RHCE, VCP as well as 4+ years of working experience in a related field
- Solid experience of operating system engineering/administration on both platform Linux and Windows server environments along with proficiency in Linux
- Proven working experience in designing scalable multi-location infrastructure platforms as well as very good knowledge of IT systems management platforms
- Expertise in open source projects available for systems management space as well as experience with both consumption and creating of Web Services
- Profound knowledge of networking concepts along with strong programming/Scripting skills in Python and Unix Shell
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Engineering cloud (IaaS, PaaS) solutions
- Working on solution architecture and design as well as supporting an agile scrum team
- Providing 3rd level support for production issues
- Acting as center of competence in the decommissioning of Legacy systems and adoption of new systems
- Playing key role in the agile delivery of automation solutions for infrastructure and software delivery
