Project Manager - Organisation and Administration
For our life science client in Basel, we are currently seeking a Project Manager with Pharmaceutical or Life Science experience

Primary Tasks:
- Ensure the project's completion against the objectives and project plan
- Coordinate and manage the different work streams and work along with other leaders to ensure the work is in sync and the interaction efficient
- Manage administrative, tracking and updates of any project activities
- Ensure the project deliverables are generated with quality
- Organise and hold regular meetings/calls when needed
- Documentation, paper trails, share points and documented alignment with relevant stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of the project t objectives
Experience Needed:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a background within the Pharmaceutical and/or Life Science area
- Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint knowledge is needed)
- Previous experience working in fast passed and complex environments within global organisations
- Administrative skills
- Intercultural skills
Education:
- Bachelor Degree or equal
- Project Management certificate will be a benefit
