We are currently looking for a Specialist Regional Service Center EMEA for a global pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, this is a long term contract, this is a 60% workload position.
Background:
Start date: 06.06.2016 (latest start date)
End date: 05.06.2017, extension might be possible.
Remote: at the beginning (while training) no remote possible, later 1 day/month possible.
Service Desk for the IT Service Desk: You will support the IT service desk with 2nd Level support, as well as the team in global site administration with software deployment, coordination and update of computers (Windows Patches, Software updates etc.)
Task and responsibilities:
Performs Software package pilot and deployment services to ensure consistent deployment of the applications to the desktop environment
Provides transparent information to sites and customers on upcoming software deployment
SPOC for HPSM CI Librarian activities within IT Region EMEA
Performs CI (and Assignment Group) creation and modification in the CMDB as well as providing consultancy service for HPSM CI-based design & strategy by adhering to the SLA
Skills required:
- 3 years + with HPSM, Active Directory and Windows 7 (user skills)
- Strong experience in process and customer thinking.
- Good knowledge in Excel, Microsoft SCCM 2012.
- English, advanced German is also required.
