For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
Junior Project Assistant (Offshore Delivery Center)
Background:
Support with tasks associated with set up and operational activities with Offshore Delivery Centers (OCD)
Tasks:
- Under guidance from ODC Manager:
- Review/Update Documentation for ODC's
- Security Audit: Address/Coordinate resolution of findings with various parties
- As part of a team help define Support Model for ODC:
- interfaces, Service Desk, Back of House Operations,
- links into Active Directory, DSMT, Manageability of Devices
- Working with the Transition Team, define Tool Sets for use to support solutions on remote virtual desktops including Firewall and other security rules to support this
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of project related experience in a project management or PMO role with similar tasks for programs with multiple projects
- Business fluent English both verbally and in writing
Nice to Have:
DSMT, HPSM
Starting date: 25.04
Duration: 4 months with optional extension
Location: Basel
