For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
Senior Business Analyst - Documentum Management
About the project:
This project is to evaluate an IT solution for Document Management and Content Collaboration for the Health Technology Assessment/Value Dossier, following the new standard from EUnetHTA
The main business customer is in the Global Product Strategy (GPS) organization.
Main tasks:
- The Senior BA is to provide additional support & complement the internal resources in collecting & documenting requirements
- Stakeholder interviews
- Define process flows
- Prepare vendor RFI/RFP and tool selection
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven expertise in collecting requirements/requirement analysis in a complex environment
- Proven expertise in facilitation & documentation of User Requirements, Functional and/or Technical Specifications, Process Flow Diagrams, Training documentation and/or instructions
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively with team members and virtual teams from different locations and different cultural background
- Experience in validated environments (CSV)
- Experience with enterprise document management processes & systems in Pharma Industry and related procedures and collaboration tools
- Business fluent in English
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with EMC Documentum D2, Veeva Vault or other technology is an advantage
- Experience with Health Technology Assessment (HTA) or Value Dossier business process
- German
