Document Mgt. Expert/Project Manager

Our client is an international Tier1 bank located in Zurich.
We're looking for an experienced Document Management Expert/Project Manager for a long-term assignment on contracting basis.
Tasks
- Elaboration of business requirements
- Under lead of IT: Use case definitions and contribution and review of business specifications
- Lead role for change management (organizational structures and process modelling)
- Responsible for test case definition, execution and QA
- Responsible for business sign-offs
- Lead role for the definition and execution of training/EDU
- Stakeholder management for subject of document mgmt.
- Provide regular communication to stakeholders, according to the defined communication plan
- Managing assigned staff and ad-hoc involved resources
- Interface to IT project manager to any aspects of document management
Requirements
- Profound business experience within pvt. Banking.
- State-of-the-art industry processing standard knowledge
- Broad experience in document mgmt. processes and technologies via physical, electronic and hybrid channels
- Setup and best practise of global operating bank
- Proven senior project management skills and experience
- Workshops, meetings and conference-call management
- Natural leader w. presentation skills on senior mgmt level
- Adequate social competence for 'leading without authority'
This is an exciting contract opportunity to join a leading financial firm.
Start Date is 01.04.2016 (preferred)
The assignment will end on 31.12.2017 with optional prolongation.
